IMPORTANT NOTICE

OPULENT GURLZ does offer refunds in limited circumstances.

Refunds are issued only for verified defective items or fulfillment errors (incorrect item received).
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the claim is reviewed and approved.

Due to detailed, in-house size charts provided on every product page, size-related or preference-based returns and exchanges are not accepted.


ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached (including “Do Not Remove” ID tags)
• Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or alterations

OPULENT GURLZ reserves the right to refuse any refund that does not meet these requirements.


ACCEPTABLE RETURN REASONS

Store credit is issued only if the item meets one of the following conditions:

• Item received was defective
• Incorrect item was shipped

For approved defective items or fulfillment errors, Opulent Gurlz covers all return shipping costs.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (FINAL SALE)

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale or promotional items
• Marked-down items
• Swimwear or bodysuits
• White or nude-colored items
• Loungewear
• T-shirts
• Leggings
• Accessories
• Custom or made-to-order items


RETURN PROCESS

• All returns must be approved before shipping
• Customers must complete the Return Form located on our website
• Do not send items back without approval — unauthorized returns will be refused
• Once approved, a return shipping invoice will be emailed
• After payment, a prepaid return label will be issued via email


RETURN PROCESSING

• Returns are processed within 3–10 business days after delivery
• Approved store credit will be issued via email confirmation
• Ineligible returns will be shipped back to the customer after a reshipment fee is paid


DAMAGED ITEMS

All items are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment.

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), OPULENT GURLZ is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit.

All shipments are tracked and insured.
If an item arrives damaged due to carrier handling, customers must file a damage claim directly with the shipping carrier. OPULENT GURLZ does not process, approve, or mediate carrier damage claims.

OPULENT GURLZ is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused during shipping

  • Lost packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Unclaimed or refused deliveries
